HD copy of this fun PEPLUM movie. Again, this is from a streaming service in Europe. It's not available anywhere on Blu-ray, which is annoying since the movie looks spectacular in HD. Mark Forest and José Greci are in the image above.

The problem with the HD alert is that we never know the source. Yes, you have it but that doesn't do the rest of us any good.
...that's because the people who gave me the prints told me not to divulge the sources.
I get these prints directly from individuals who shall remain anonymous. I don't get them from a forum or website. There are no links.
Anyway, as I wrote in a lot of these HD Alert!, most of these streaming HD prints are from a Spanish streaming service or Italian one aka RAI.
And HD Alert! was primarily for new and legit Blu-ray releases, which are rare these days. Not about streaming services.
As I said, what good does it do the rest of us by telling us about something we can't get. Certainly I appreciate any and all news about Blu-ray releases. The rest is just frustrating.
The point is to show that good copies do exist. I'm reporting on them.
The PEPLUM genre is not well served. This is nothing new. And many people love seeing these beautiful prints from these posts.
I agree with what you say about the genre not being well served. For awhile there seemed to hope with some of the German and U.S. Blu-ray releases but these dwindled quickley.
