Angela Lansbury as Semadar in SAMSON AND DELILAH (1949)
Angela died on October 11 at the age of 96. Though she starred in countless of movies and Broadway shows, Angela starred in few PEPLUM movies. Her only big PEPLUM role is in SAMSON AND DELILAH co-starring Victor Mature and Henry Wilcoxon (below). She was excellent in it. She also starred in THE COURT JESTER (1955) with Danny Kaye and had a bit part in THE GREATEST STORY EVER TOLD (1965). R.I.P.!

I always liked Angela and thought she was an outstanding actress. R.I.P. Last night on YouTube I was watching a real rare Peplum TREASURE OF THE PETRIFIED FOREST with Gordon Mitchell. A strange movie which seemed that 90% of it was studio bound, and that it was missing some footage that sort of screwed up the plot. The sound was all messed up in certain scenes. The movie must of been a little hard to put on YouTube, but thanks for the effort.

I didn't know Angela did a few Peplum movies? I will go on IMDB and check her acting credits!
