Today, it's THE SON OF CLEOPATRA (1964) starring Mark Damon and a host of Italian actors. Pretty straight forward translation. Nothing too wild. Can't find that many other title versions.

I have an American title lobby card for an MGM theatrical release that uses the title The Son of Caesar and Cleopatra but I never recall seeing it playing in theaters. I have yet to run across a still for it either.
