From the other clues, the date of the photo can be narrowed down to 1958-1961. The neighbouring Downtown Theatre is shown screening THE H-MAN (1958) and RODAN (1957). Also, as reported in this link, the theatre was closed and demolished in 1961: https://cinematreasures.org/theaters/2566
