Upcoming project: Ridley Scott's EXODUS

“Breaking Bad” star Aaron Paul, Sigourney Weaver and John Turturro have been tapped to join the cast of Fox’s Moses pic “Exodus,” starring Christian Bale.

Paul is still in negotiations while Weaver and Turturro’s deals are closed.

Ridley Scott is directing the epic drama with Peter Chernin producing for his Chernin Entertainment banner as well as Steve Zaillian and Garrett Basch through their Film Rites shingle.

Paul will play the Hebrew slave Joshua who goes on to lead the people onto the promised land after Moses.

Weaver and Turturro will portray the parents of the pharoah Ramses, which will be played by Joel Edgerton.

Oh Moses, Moses!

Seriously, Steven Spielberg is set to make his own Moses film called "GODS AND KINGS" will there be too many Moses epics?

Can this mean we'll have 2 Epics of at least 21/2 hours each?? A movie that is shorter than that running time can't relate much to the Bible's Book Of Exodus, maybe Hollywood's book of Exodus. Did you know that DeMille once said, "Give me a couple pages of the Bible and I will make an Epic Picture." One other question: Whatever happened to the 10-15 min. intermission for the longer movies?? Theaters would make extra money and people could take a break if you know what I mean.

I don't know the running time but 3 hours would seem possible.

the intermissions were for 3 hour long or longer films
