French poster of ESTHER & THE KING (1960)
The poster is seemingly focused on its two lead actors but it's not. That looks like Joan but he doesn't look like Richard Egan (see post below). That's Sergio Fantoni. It shows a scene in the movie, between Collins and Fantoni, but she's not chained like the artwork here.

An attractive young woman in chains is always a good image for a Peplum movie poster.
This concept works best with a female slave in an Ancient Roman or traditional Middle Eastern setting.
An appropriate poster for Monday, the Jewish holiday Purim, which had it's origins with the story of Esther.
