Does anyone have any info on who's responsible for this little brilliant piece?

I have this little short subject as part of the special features section on the dvd GOLIATH AND THE DRAGON from SOMETHING WEIRD VIDEO which is an excellent 35mm widescreen transfer. The only thing that I really know about this is that it's name is HERCULES OBLIVIOUS. Probably was shown before the main feature or in between double feature. Maybe you can do a little research on this.
I have that DVD too and I'm aware that SW called it HERCULES OBLIVIOUS but I wish there was more info on it, like who are the two actors, who directed it and who composed the memorable music.
