Truly, I think that Disney needs to stay home.Steven Lesterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01285355643172321289noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7460884202508888004.post-52270506186985804122012-03-21T21:24:28.903-04:002012-03-21T21:24:28.903-04:00I think a lot of people like myself are turned off...I think a lot of people like myself are turned off by all that CGI. Movie Fanfare (Movies Unlimited) weekly email news letter which I receive and usually comment to says that many people long for the days when movie making was more simple and not full of tons of special effects. Some examples used that people loved was the Sinbad Movies by Ray Harryhausen and especially JASON AND THE ARGONAUTS People also like the epics from the 40's, 50's, & 60's more then anything turned out today with over the top budgets. JOHN CARTER takes place on Mars not Earth, many of these movies are too far fetched and I wish that they would back to basics and make some good awesome and fun simple PEPS like the 50's & 60's.S.R.Orsulaknoreply@blogger.com
