She was also in Beat Girl 1960.

Subjected to actual torture in W of A because she refused to sleep with director Henry Levin.

Noelle Adam had never seen W of A until I sent her a bootleg dvd copy in 2009.She said director Henry Levin had made sexual advances toward her culminating with him breaking into her trailer on location in Tunisia. Her rejection pissed him off. Later in Rome filming the tent bondage scene Noelle is really having her feet burned. Levin had his revenge; she called him a "pervert, an awful man."

The once daughter-in-law of silent comedian Charlie Chaplin Noelle is famous in America for mostly two reasons. 1. Older homosexual men remember her in the 1962 Broadway show 'No Strings' where she played a supporting role as a photographer's leggy assistant. A mediocre show it did run for over a year. 2. Almost every damsel in distress website includes the Wazir's torture sessions of a naked (implied) Noelle from W of A. Suspended by her wrists twice her feet are first threatened with acid drops and later burned over hot coals- a sublime, intelligently erotic bondage pose.
