Above is a screenshot of THE REBEL GLADIATOR from a German VHS widescreen copy. Below is the one people in North America are stuck with. It's terrible with horrible colours and all. Seeing THE REBEL GLADIATOR screenshots in widescreen is almost orgasmic. Arf.

I think that if I had the Widescreen version of this movie it might change my overall view of it. My DVD is from Sinister Cinema and not too pretty. Steel and Vadis did the best they could with the rather "choppy" script, and the movie would of been better without the stock footage. Just my opinion.
