John Terlesky, as Deathstalker, is about to get crushed by Gorgo (Dee Booher) in DEATHSTALKER II

One of those super low budget Sword & Sorcery flicks from the 1980s made by Roger "ATLAS" Corman. This being intentionally bad, John was game for all the crazy cheesy action in this film which is cool.

Roger Corman should of stayed away from attempting to PEPLUM movies. He was much better at making HORROR movies & CYCLE flicks. I always wonder why no Italian film company ever tried to a movie such as ATLAS. It would of been more colorful and had better production values, and made sense.

Yes, agree on all three counts. If you're making a PEPLUM film, at least get some cool shields, like most Italian PEP films have. They look like real shields. In ATLAS, the shields were made of aluminum foil on cardboard. Yikes.
