PEPLUM Behind the Scenes


The set of Alexandria at Pinewood for the 1963 version of CLEOPATRA. This massive set was never used when production was shut down in England and moved to Anzio, Italy (below).

I always wonder why the studios dont preserce the sets... It would be really awesome as an attraction!
